I've installed cca30/sp6 and ccm40/sp4 on a w2003 server. But when i start ccm configuration manager, i this error "The licenses dll has not been registered. Application will terminate". If i run services all the cca/ccm services have started and there is also no error in event viewer. CCA and CCM licenses have also been loaded in iFOR. Any idea what is wrong?
