Hi Joel,
Check Application system parameters: ASPACarnum=100,Parval=4;
From Alex:
PARNUM=100 Removal of intrusion tone and conference tone
FORMAT
90.2 FUNCTION
The parameter states whether the removal of conference tone and intrusion tone function is to be used.
If the parameter choice is to remove, both the first tone and the repeated tones are removed. PARVAL is the sum of the selected values.
90.3 EXAMPLE
Removal of tone in all types of conference.
90.3.1 IMPORTANT NOTICE
Note that when a warning tone is removed this will affect all extensions in the system. This means that if the warning tone for intrusion is removed, all PABX operators and extensions with the ability to make intrusion will be able to intrude upon all extensions in the system unnoticed by the extension in question. All extensions in the system should therefore be informed about the risk of being intruded upon.
The removal of warning tone for conference and/or intrusion might be in violation to national legislation.
Tis is a setting in the CCA server. Start ccacfg.exe on the server and on the first tab you got a option called "Notify agent when monitored" that should do it.
Hello guys,
I've changed the ASPAC but the problem now is that the managers are generating stats on info manager that are not a true reprisentation, as they are not taking any calls just listning in. Can I change this so they would not come up on info manager. But still be able to monitor and not produce stats?
