cca 3.0 and 3500 switch series

Hi, I am trying to use cca to config a Cisco 3500 series switch.

I odd thing is that telnet works just fine. I got a login name and password and again, that same login worked when telnet in.

when I try login using cisco config assistatn(cca), it's prompted for a login and that same login that worked with telnet isn't work.

I also try using web browser to login and that too doesn't work.

any thoughts, suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I believe CCA uses http to connect to the switches. Additionally I doubt you can use CCA with a 3500 as they have been EOLd for a while.
