Anybody out there with a CC7 SIP-enabled Contact Center up and running?
We are starting one up this month - hopefully.
What really bugs me are the missing shortcut keys in CCAD, I know of several big firms, where a user interface without shortcuts will not be accepted. Is it easy for a programmer to implement? - Has anybody tried?
