Hi

We have been asked to provide a new claims and existing claims service for 15 new companies.

I'm just wondering if this will be possible and if so if you have any tips or examples

We would like to have 15 'non geographic' numbers pointing to a single CDN. We would then like to create a script in CC7 which would route the calls to the relevant script, based on the 'non geographic' number which was dialled?
The second script would then give the option for the customer to press 1 for 'new claims' or 2 for 'existing claims'.

Basically we want to play different messages based on the company we are providing the service for and we want the relevant skillset to appear on the agents phone.

Thank you

You can use 15 'non geographic' numbers which arrive on 15 individal DNIS (dial-in) numbers and point them to a single CDN.

After this you can route via DNIS number like:

WHERE DNIS EQUALS
1234: /* Company 1 */
1235: /* Company 2 */
1236: /* Company 3 */
END WHERE
