CC7 Realtimes - External to Company Options

Hey,

We have a need to provide a large client access to real time displays from a remote location. Just wondering what methods people have used to accomplish this and if anyone has had luck using SSL VPN to put the displays external to their company.

We do this at several customers. Requires use of unicast instead of multicast, so no Agent Desktop Display (ADD). We didn't need any special setup, but you need enough bandwidth (dial-up doesn't work).
