I am using CC7 and am having an issue when I try to add multiple email addresses in the "TO" and "CC" address box's for any email sent into my Multimedia server.
Example:
email from customer is addressed in the "TO" box as example@mycompany.com. One addressee no problem, the email lands in the correct skillset for that address and all is good.

email from the same customer that ADDS and additional "TO" address like example@mycompany.com; sales@mycompany.com....and the "sales" email just ends up in the example@mycompany.com inbox on the MM server...so THAT skillset gets 2 emails...the sales SS gets nothing.
The same thing happens if I add the "sales" address in the "CC" box and try to route it that way.

All of my addresses and SS's are set up correctly and will route single emails NO problem.....as soon as I add additional "TO" or "CC" addresses in the original email....I get multiple emails in the first address in the "TO" box and nowhere else.
there is no documentation that I am aware of that tells me that multiple addresses aren't supported....

Hope this makes sense....
Any thoughts??

Thanks in advance.

Makes sense; this is also my experience (AACC 6.3 SP8).
Think you will have to ask Avaya for a product improvement to have this solved (can't recall if SP9 solves this).

One of our customer uses outlook to send a broadcast email message to a group when a queue receives a message for the the queue mail box to alert the queue at all there desktops. How he sets this up I don't know, but this will give you a clew to look for.
