CC7 MasLinkHandler issue

Hi There,

I am in the process of installing a CC7 co-res server(s) with the HA option (Active and Standby server). I have also tied CC7 into CallPilot using IVR ports for messaging. I'm having an issue where these IVR agents won't acquire and the MasLinkHandler keeps on flapping up and down. My vendor has mentioned that I need to reboot my CallPilot system in order to bring up the agents. Avaya has told me that this is no longer the case with CC7. Any suggestions on how to keep this MasLinkHandler stable as well as getting the IVR agents logged in without rebooting CallPilot?

Any suggestions please.

try restarting VSM service and / or masslink handler #2
(if it's there in CC7).

You might want to try the Symposium forum also.
