CC7 and IE8

Hi we are upgrading to Windows 7 which has IE8 preloaded. The problem is that the Crystal Reports Viewer ActiveX plugin used to display historical reports does not work and I have tried everything. Has anyone gotten this to work, if so how?
 
Suppose you have Contact Center Release 6?
We are on Rls 6.0 and have installed update: SUS_0801
IE8 works fine here.

Think Rls 5 and below don't offer IE8 support...

Don't know if CC Rls 7 needs a SUS to support IE8...
 
We are on CC7 running SU 03 - SUS0301 - SUS0302. Is thee aother Service update out there?
 
We are running CC7 with IE8 and all is working just fine (As far as I know :))

Do you also have the CCMA patches installed? CCMS/CCMA/CCT/SCE/ETC/ETC are all patched separately.

We have all patches up to the latest version..I am waiting on Avaya's official answer.
