CC6 Webclient RTD

When trying to access the realtime displays in webclient.

CC6 Cores.

I get the message : Please wait while downloading data.

This is in the RTD window where I expect to see the legends for muticast or unicast. Now this message stays there and IE finally gives up with not respondng.

Now I know I have missed something silly, but any body give me a pointer.

Probably an ActiveX component not loaded onto the machine.
Do you try this with Admin privileges?
What does the mRcv.exe tool say if you run that locally?

Got it sorted. The problems were down to DNS.

Because the entries in the host file did not match the DNS then it wasnt connecting correctly.
