CC6 Sybase driver and W 2008 issue

We are trying to install Sybase driver from CCMS/database/ASE 12.5clt/setup.exe on the Windows 2008 Server.
Unsuccessfully - installation is not starting at all.
Is the driver on CC6 REV.10 installation CD compatible with W 2008 or there is necessary to use another one?
