Hey Guys,

Does anyone know if i can report on secondary script call volumes ? i've created an Auto Attendant and i can see call volume hitting the Primary script off the Master but nothing else. i'm just wondering id i can setup a counter or something at the start of the secondary thats reportable.

You could instead of executing a secondary script route the call back out to a CDN and back into the master and have another primary scipt.

Also you should really post in the Nortel: Symposium call center solutions forum you will get more help.
