Hi it is 81c rls 4.5 with CC 6.0. Need some help.
We are also using OUTBOUND campaign after autodialing a number calls goes to agent ok, Despite landing this call to agent can we use an announcement and then call drop?? i mean call should go to recorded announcement rather going to agent and after playing that announcement call should drop.
Can some body briefly help how to do that if possible.
