CC6 NgenSys password change

Is there anything special thats need'd done to change the password for NgenSys on a CC6 box? Is this changed just in the Windows server or is there a sync or anything else to be done?

Same procedure as with earlier Symposium versions. Assuming you have left your backup accounts in Services at default (CCMS MAS Backup/Restore, Sybase BCK Server), you will need to edit those with the new password and restart them.
