CC6 Historical Reporting - Date formatting

I'm having trouble setting up scheduled reports within historical reporting.

If I use 'Run Now', the date format on the report comes out as expected - DD/MM/YYYY, but if I schedule a new report, when the report is run the date comes out as MM/DD/YYYY.

I've checked the date settings on the machine the CC6 is running from, and they're set to DD/MM/YYY, and I can't see anywhere an option to change this within CC6. I'm using a standard application performance report.

If anyone can provide some help, I'd be very grateful.
 
From the CCMA Installation and Maintenance Guide;
"The schedule time that you specify is based on the time zone that you choose. However, the system translates the schedule time that you enter to the time zone in which the Contact Center Manager Administration server is located. The report is generated at the time and in the time zone you specify, but the timestamp at the bottom of the generated report reflects the Contact Center Manager Administration server time."

So think there are 2 settings to examine:
* Date and Time Properties: Time Zone
* Regional and language options
