CC6 - Email/VM Alert on routed call

Hi,

I am not sure if there is a solution for this as i have searched without any luck.

We have a few call queues that if the Agents are busy for an amount of time the call is routed to an external call handling service. I am trying to find out if there is anything i could do to get an alert sent out via email or recorded message to a callpilot mailbox that a call has been routed to the call handling service.

Any ideas ?

Use Host Data Exchange (DIW) to send a string to a database noting the call is routing (and maybe which skillset/application). You will need a program to monitor the database for new records and send an email with the information. If you are not able to create this application let me know. effort1584@gmail.com
