I have a client with a Hardware Wallboard. I want Contact Centre stats to appear on this wallboard. The Nortel BCM can work with the H/W wallboard so I assume CC6 also work? If it does how to i get this working ???
Not quite sure what type of wallboard you're talking about. But you will need an interface of some sort for a wallboard to work with CC6 - Symon is one (it uses a separate server, takes the multicast data and parses it into their wallboard display). Or you can use the real time display from the CCMA and use a pc + large flatscreen. Or you can use Agent Desktop Display for a virtual "wallboard" on each agent pc. (Note that all of these are IP connections.) But it would not be correct to assume that anything the BCM does, the CC6 does. Or vice versa.
