anyone know how to configure phantom dn to both pabx and cc6?

when i logged in to cc6.0, and it is hotdesking, should my phantom dn follow? will it ring to my dn (configured on key 1).

Pretty sure you program a phantom DN with cfw 4 (if your dns are 4 digits), then in the agent setup you give it a personal DN of the phantom. When you log in to that agent the phanton applies a call forward to the key 1 of the phone the agent is on.

Thanks bignose..

> say this is my program: Phantom = 8464, and DCFW = 7096.

First off, you do not want to put the users DN in the DCFW field, put a CDN to a script or VM.

Change your CFW from 6 to 4

The Personal DN field in the CCMA user config should be the DN of the Phtm. In your case DN 8464.

When the agent logs in, CCMS will manage the CFW 4 key on the phantom and automatically port calls made to that Phtm to a SCR, SCN key on the users set.

DCFW prompt will be used for when the agent is not logged in.

FDN will be used for Call Forward No Answer.

sorry.. 1 more question:

will hunt work also?

hunt=value, cls=hta

Hunt is irrelevant, the Phtm set will never be in a busy state to invoke hunt.
