Greetings, does anyone know of a way to send messages via the agent desktop displays on CCM6? Recently switched from SCCS 4.2 with readerboards to CCMS6 co/res with ADD and now supervisors are missing their broadcast messaging capabilities they had through the reader boards. I know the feature is on Symon View but we are not using anything but Agent Desktop Display. Thanks Jero
