cc:pods.nn open twice

We are running cc:mail on Novell 4.x. We had a couple of problem latest.
1> Any time a user started cc:mail, there are two entries of the openned ccpods.xx file appears in the Novell connection monitors. It does not seem normal to me.

2> For unknow reasons, some of the ccpods.xx are kept opened for a few days, and such that BackupExec will not backup it up on tape. The problem is, we cannot find which user kept it open.

It seems unrelated. Somehow, I think the two problems are related because they started at about the same time. Any idea, suggestions will be appreciated.

If you're supporting cc:Mail on Netware servers, a copy of WhoHasIt is absolutely ESSENTIAL. Can't stress this enough! There are a number of scenarios whereby you need to see who has a PO file locked at a given time. This utility also allows you to close/clear connections to the file.
