cc:Mail Migration to Groupwise

Hi,
We are moving from cc:Mail db8 to Groupwise 6. Unfortunately we are having a world of trouble migrating. We tried to use the GW gateway for ccMail, but it does not work. We are using export32.exe (renamed to export.exe) for this gateway and it does not work as it should. It does nothing. Trying POP3 on an NT box, but that does not seem to be connecting to our e-mail on a Novell server.

Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated.
