A laptop user is connected to a network and creates a ccmail archive on a network drive. The user can store and read messages successfully from this archive. When the user is not connected to the network the archive no longer appears in the ccmail archive list, even when they reconnect to the network. Archives stored on the local drive are not effected.

CC:Mail archive pointer lost

This is normal. When mobile user is detached from the network the archive is not available and not listed. No way around it.
