Meridian max supv position has cc link down message. It also says waiting for keycode update. I changed the paddleboard in early November because the hsl kept dropping. I did re-install of keycode yesterday to no avail.Perhaps I did not do it correctly?

From what I remember the HSL should not be on a paddle board because it is unreliable. I had HSL problems and Nortel told me the HSL should be on an QPC139 or a MSDL Port 0. Also remember, When you enable the HSL you should quickly log out of the PBX so the port can enable and wait for the ADD000 to show on the maint. terminal.
