I have a batch that has already been received by the processor, so it must be a duplicate batch and that's why it won't batch. How can I get rid of this duplicate batch. Micros version 4.0.
Go into the Credit Card Batch Utility and under the edit tab there is a big button that says "Mark as Transferred." Then it will not cause issues any longer.
I put a check on "Mark as Transferred" but it remains there and will not allow the auto batch to be sent at 3:00am. We have to manually batch the current batch.
