CC all outgoing mail via exchange setting

I want to be able to log all outgoing company mail and currently know of only one way to do it. Is there another way to set this up in exchange?

Here is my way. Setup a rule for each user in outlook to cc all outgoing mail to a single company email address like outgoingmail@company.com

I'd like a way to do this without having to visit each user.

Currently in exchange I only see a way to log all incoming mail by using the forwarding option.
