CC 6.0 report///skillset transfer/conference peg counts

I am trying to find a report in Symposium that would give me the transfer or conference rate/percentage for a specific skillset.Found on agent level but want to narrow it more specific?????can someone help me

Transfer/Conference is an agent characteristic and can therefore only be atributed to agents. If your agents only answer calls for 1 specific skillset then you can group them together when you run the agent performance report and save this as a template. If they span multiple skillsets then it is very difficult to get the transfer/conference from the agent reports. I'm not familiar witht the report creation wizzard but maybe this will help.
