Hi all,

I can see the Phone set logged on the Phone set/Voice port but the RTD or on the supervisor I cant see the agent logged in status. What could be the problem? any think related the configuration?

Is the agent which logged onto this phone in the same partition as the supervisor, if not then you wont see anything.
 
The agent was on Partitiontest1(its a test one) Partition
