CC 6.0 menus script route call to vm - open trees

We are using CC 6.0 for a menu script. We use an Octel for voicemail. I give 5 options in the script, the first two should route to a phantom that DCFW to voicemail. However, when I route the call through Symposium I receive open trees. If I have a user on site test call the phantom, it works and goes directly to the voicemail box that it should go to. Help!
 
Shot in the dark here as I don't totally understand your question/issue, but it reminds me of an issue we saw when we first went to release 3, Symposium applications that transferred to CallPilot no longer arrived at CallPilot with the CDN, they were arriving with the ANI. To correct, we transferred the calls from Symposium to a "dummy" ACD which was NCFW to CallPilot, then we changed the CallPilot SDN's to reflect the dummy ACD rather than the CDN's, and this corrected the issue.
