Don't know if anyone else has run into this ... we just had a strange thing happen where our Custom Application SkillSet display (RealTime) was showing yesterdays end of day stats (example 10,000 calls instead of 200 since we just opened). The issue magically cleared itself an hour later. I have checked server date/times and everything is matching. I checked numerous other things with no luck. I even looked at the audit trail to see if anyone happened to make a reporting change.
Our ad hoc reports were showing the correct data, so it was only an issue with custom reporting (for 1 hour only). Our CC opens at 6a and the issue cleared at 7:15a. Any recommendation? Thank you in advance.
