CC 6.0 and Agent Desktop

Hi,

We have moved on the CC6: CCMS, CCMA, CCT, CCMM.
Works quite well just a serious trouble are with Agent Desktops.
Inserted NRD Reason codes are often removed and the Agent goes suddenly to NRD default.
Sometimes Desktop freezes and buttons are not working.
Agent Desktop goes suddenly from NRD to Ready status or is suddenly Logged out, etc.
That is the reason on our site this application is of no use.

Does anybody have similar experience ?
