cbobox control back color turns gray

I've come across a weird problem in Access 2007: When I select a value in a combox, then click directly to a combo box below it, the background color of the first combobox turns gray. But it doesn't happen if I select a value from the first combobox then put the focus on the next combobox manually, with the mouse, then click the combobox.

Has anybody else come across this and is this a MS bug? Thanks for any help you can provide.

The combobox becomes transparent issue is a bug. See the above link. Ensure you have all servicepacks.
