Hi
I'm using a combo box to display a list a staff, which the user selects. The combo has a row source set to a SQL query statement with 2 columns. The formatting is set to display the 2 columns when selecting a staff member.

The second column is a Yes/No field in the source table. It indicates Yes or No as to whether the staff member is an Assessment officer or not.

Previously, the cbo displayed Yes/No.
We have had a national migration to one consistent IT platform and most people in the offices that I support have had their PC re-imaged.

I have seen in 3 of our offices (including mine now today (just by chance I was travelling interstate for installation and training)) where instead of Yes or No, I'm getting -1 or 0.

The table is set to Yes/No format, but this is not coming through the SQL Statement. Previously it did work. What the difference is I don't know.

I will try converting the SQL into an access query to see if that works.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any help

Did this by any chance include a 2003 upgrade to sp3?
