We currently have 5 CC7 Call Centers with 3 more being upgraded from CC6 to CC7 in the next couple months. The 1st 3 sites we did are running SU02 and we can run Call by Call reports fine. The last 2 migrations we went in with SU03. On these 2 locations, CBC Reports come back with no data if the report is run since the cutover. If we run the report for an interval before the cutover, we get the data fine.
All services on CCMS and CCMA are up and we have experienced no other issues regarding reporting.
Anyone else have a CC7 on SU03? If so, can you try a CBC report and see if you get data?
I have opened an Avaya case and waiting on their response but thought I would throw this out to all you experts as well.
