I have tried everything I could think of, lets see if anyone else has any ideas.
I have a customer that I just installed an IP Office 406 3.1.65, Voicemail Pro 3.1.21, and CBC 3.1.6 with Delta Server on the same PC. The PC by far meets all requirements for any one of the applications.
My issue is CBC when I run the application, and the check box to connect to the last known delta server is checked it will sometimes produce an error stating "Avaya Communication Problems during connection to server". Other times it will let me click on connect to a server (in this case itself) but just closes the application box and does nothing else. I have reinstalled, rebooted (both the server and IPO just in case) multple times. Just a note Delta Server is setup correctly and currently receiving information, as well as the lisence file.
Any Ideas? I did speak to tech support and all they told me was that I needed a DNS Server. Still trying to figure out where they found that answer! (-:
Thanks in advance!
