CBC Available lines = 0 or minus quantity

Every graph I ever do with CBC: available lines, calls presented, calls lost etc all the data looks ok but available lines is flat out on 0 or in some cases goes below the 0 line into minus figures but with no value on the Y axis?!

Is this somthing i'm doing wrong?

The delta server shows available lines in raw data as being 30 or whatever so how come this isn't translated graphically?
