CB transaction header . Attempt to modify a different record than was retrieved

Accpac Version : 5.5A (Cashbook 5.5A SP1)
The below error appears when we “Un-reconcile” an entry from Bank Recon to Reverse it but unable to do so due to the error below.

"Error: CB transaction header . Attempt to modify a different record than was retrieved"

Your advice will be much appreciated.
