CB Batch List and Batch Edit problem

HI,

I am the system administrator for Tourvest Duty Free and we have a problem with our cashbook module on one PC where if I log in then I can see the all the screen details but when I log in as the user, then there are missing Headers and functionalities.

I can email print screens if need be to explain.

The system that she is using is a P4 with 384mb RAM and she has external modem connected to the PC with Cr Card functionalities.

Please post the following information on the forum as it will enable us to give a better solution:

1.The Cash Book Product name and version ?
2.Which Service packs have been applied on the Cashbook product ?

If ACCPAC is being used then also post :
1.The version of ACCPAC ?
2.Which Service packs have been applied on ACCPAC ?

Also, other necessary information would be :
1.Database being used ?
2.Operating System being used and service packs ?
