Hello Team.
i am facing an issue with ISDN BRI Trunk.
when receiving a call i see in the monitor the call ringing once and then disappears
caller continues to hear ring back tone.
the trace tool shows :
Line: type=Q931Line 2 Call: lid=2 id=10 in=1
Cause=88, Incompatible destination

any ides?
Could be the provider? or IPO?
on same system i have another 2 BRI lines that function OK.

Regards

Nikos

Disconnect the faulty lines from the system and see if all calls progress as normal..
Then disconnect the good lines and connect faulty lines to same port as the good ones

If the calls fail then it’s the provider.

You should be able to see the faulty lines using SSA.

Basically it’s a process of eliminating the faulty lines.
