Hello ssibo,
When you are about to publish a new document to the repository (corporate documents) you can then choose a category. Look in supervisor at the tab 'documents' and see the category linked to the document. T. Blom

Hi,
the category option is valid only for documents lying in the Repository. BO has devised this to seggerate report lying in the Respository. It mimic the Folder concept inside the Repository. So you willnot find the Catgory option if youa re saving the report on your file system using BO. But when you are exporting the report it will show the category to be assigned to the report.
In WebI everything is inside the repository other than personal documents.
