categories not visible in UI

Hi,
In livelink there are some categories created under the volume categories.Those categories
Have attribute values as text popup fields.
In enterprise workspace where my documents are present when I check for the category associated
With my document it is not showing anything but I can see that it is there in database for that document[COLOR=][/color].
Can anybody help me on this?
 
if the category definition exists and if you cannot view then in the gui you could check this
also check if the user 'Admin' can see that or a iuser with 'SA Privs' can see it that would
rule out permissions.
Check the logs directory of livelink and see when you paint the page there are "TRACE" errors happening.
Some times you have to increase the logging debug=2, wantlogs=true in the opentext.ini file
If you ascertained that category values exists in llattrdata that does not mean that
all is well with livelink categories as it is read from another table called llattrblobdata
Usually people mistakenly update llattrdata thinking that they have changed livelink categories to what they want
that is not how livelink works.

If you do see a tarce there is really nothing you can do other than contact OT support because only oscripters
can really understand what is goindg on

Actually I am facing this issue maybe because of different versions of livelink. I have taken the backup from the livelink server whose version was 9.5.0.1.152
and now I have restored it on Livelink Version 9.5.0.1.106.
So is there any module or anything else to get this in sync?
