Catching Orphans

For instance... in a cube I'm building I have several stores grouped. Some of these stores (for instance old ones) do not fall under a certain category and are therefor registered as orphans. I have these "orphans" in several other dimensions in the cube. Is there a way to bundle these orphans in a category or, even better, to not show them?
