Catching Append Field Yes/No Dialog

When i want to autoupdate my database, i get the Append Field Yes/No Dialog box coming up for every field, baring in mind that in each file excel spreadsheet i take approx 1000 cells of information top update various fields in different tables of the DB.

So i was wondering how do i catch this and stop it coming up??
