catch a popup

How can i with c sharp catch a popup window that asks me for a username and password.

Bottom line my problem is when a send a file to configure a printer, the printer send me a popup asking my credentionals, a username and a password, how can i with c sharp (or any other language) catch this popup and send the required information back to the printer?
