Catastrophic Failure Error Message!

Hi All !

I am facing a strange problem !

I have developed a program in VB 6 and oracle 8 for NT as backend. I am getting an error message
"Runtime error 2147418113"
"Catastrophic Failure"
when i run the program. I am getting this error in any form. i.e. it is not fixed that a perticular form is giving error. I hv checked my code again and again but it is very fine. When I run the program again and the same form gives no error. It may happen that some other form may give error this time.

Pls help ASAP.

Related to ADO and SQL but backend may not matter.

SYMPTOMS
Any operation following a rollback or a commit transaction on a recordset opened as a serverside cursor, triggers the following error:

Run-time error '-2147418113' Catastrophic failure
