Hi

I have 4 Cisco Catalyst 3750 series switches:-

3750-24PS
3750-48PS
3650G-24TS x 2

They are all linked together at the back as a stack with one as the master.

I have been having a few POE port problems so though it would make sense to upgrade the IOS to the latest to see if it resolved any problems. They were all running a IOS version from around 4 years ago.

Downloaded the new IOS ok (c3750-ipserviceslmk9-tar.122.55.SE3.tar)
I am not familiar enough with the IOS commands, so used the web interface to perform the upgrade.

I decided to upgrade one of the member switches first.

It uploaded the IOS, performed the upgrade and rebooted (Took about 45 mins in all!)
After reboot I am stuck with a very basic express setup web interface, even though I enter/confirm the parameters it asks for it keeps giving me the basic express setup screen and I can't get back to the full web GUI I am familiar with using :(

I spend over an hour playing with this last night and getting frustrated, in the end I decide to try and do a factory reset and performed an erase to get it back to defaults.

Where do I go from here? I need to get the latest ISO working and the full web console so I can upgrade all of them.

I can use a terminal connection to access the switches if needed, but will need help/advice on what to do then.

Thanks in advance for any help/advice/suggestions.

Did you download the new IOS by itself or with the web manager package and IOS?

I did not appreciate there were different versions to download
Certainly there was not two versions listed on the download page.
Are you able to point me in the direction of the correct file and then explain how to install the image?
Thanks for your assistance

Power down all switches , power up the switch you want as master and get the new code on it and verify it is running then , then 1 by 1 power up the other switches in the stack , waiting about a minute between power ups, it should sense their is a code mismatch between the boxes and automatically upgrade the rest of the switches in the stack. If not then you will have to copy the new code to each of the other switches in the stack.
