Hi!

We have 2 switches connected with one single 100Mbit line. For normal gaming this is enough, but when someone copies a large file like a movie we have lag.

A nice solution would be QoS packet management for specific TCP ports, and I've seen commands like service-policy and priority-group but I can't figure out how this works.

It would be great if someone could give me a part of a configfile (and other stuff??)to show how it works. (or how to configure it by console)

FastEtherChannel provides up to 800Mb/s between switches.

Have you hard set the connecting interface on both switches to 100Mb/s Full Duplex? As a policy, always set connecting interfaces in a fixed environment. Don't leave any of them on auto.
