catalogue error

Morning all,

We have come in this morning to discover the following error on one of our BUE8.6 servers:

"There is not enough disk space available to write the on-disk catalogs.

Please free some space on the volume and retry the operation."

I have had a look at the server and all 4 drives have more than 10gb of free space each.

The "e" drive that the catalogues are meant to write to if I go into tools->options->catalogs has 33gb of space free.

any clues?
