Hi all,
I seem to have hit a problem after upgrading from 5.1mp4 to 6.0mp6 on Solaris 9.
With the new version I am now making use of the hot backup feature, however, even though I have tapes loaded that are members of the catalogbackup pool, NBU is stealing tapes from my scratch pool to write the catalogs, rather than using the correct ones. I have checked my policy set-up and all seems fine.
All help appreciated.

Al

bpACH,

Thanks for the pointers. I was following a similar document to the one given. However, it doesn't mention that the tapes have to be moved to the scratch pool for bplabel to run successfully.

Cheers
