catalog loops

Hi ,

I have published several reports on production ,all the reports are working fine and results sets are good .I am only worrying about some loops(recently found) in production catalog.Could you please anyone help me to resolve the loops without changing reports.
loop:
-----
department ------> execution_fact
execution_fact ------> order_fact
order_fact ------> department.
