Catalog Error

Hi, Im having trouble trying to Catalog my tapes that have info on them so i can check what i have on them and i get this error

The job failed with the following error: The semaphore timeout period has expired

can anyone help me?
 
What version of Backup Exec?

Stop the services and rename the Catalog folder

Start the services and try to catalog again.

Usually that error is hardware/tape related
